Best bet is to enter Nashville, IL (Rt. 127). -Travel on Rte. 127 into Murphysboro. -Turn Right (west) onto Industrial Park Road. -Turn Left (south) onto Business 13. -Turn Right (west) onto Blackwood Drive. which leads to Murphysboro HS. Enjoy the Game! -Kickoff, 3pm. -Gates Open, 1:30pm. -Tickets $5.

For Immediate Release ~ (Murphysboro, IL): Murphysboro High School recognizes state and local regulations prohibiting the use of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products on the campus of MHS. Furthermore, IHSA by-laws prohibit the “possession, distribution, sale, and or consumption of alcoholic beverages” at all IHSA state series events. Alcoholic beverages will not be allowed on school property at the playoff football game on October 28th. Outside beverages will not be allowed into the stadium. Coolers and/or containers at tailgate sites are subject to search by Murphysboro Police Department. Violations of this expectation will result in the removal from the school premises and the possibility of being banned from future Murphysboro High School events.
