Hello, I was a spectator at the football game yesterday, as a fan for Civic Memorial.  My attention was continually drawn to your #21*.  I did not have a roster, so I do not know this young man's name or grade, but I was continually drawn to him because of his demonstration of sportsmanship.  Time and time again, I noticed him helping not only his own players up, but also those from CM.  At one point, he accidentally bumped into the official after the play and though I couldn't hear his words, his gestures were of sincere apologies.  

Today's students are often mentioned because of things they don't do right.  I wanted to take a moment to tell you about this young man's demonstration of what is right.  He battled for his team, but did so with true sportsmanship and as a great representative of your school.
